Im subsequently prey 1.01 update file every bit there is a glitch in it.
My pd4 updated the game "PREY" to 1.02 other day then lost exploit

Is information technology possible to get the updates and install from usb ?

I wanted to ask this too equally my internet is garbage and game updates are way too big for me to expect DL'ing on my ps4 when I can become them on my PC faster

Afaik, there currently exists no way to download game updates manually through a PC and install information technology using a wink drive. Will await into it some fourth dimension

Why non back up your saves and delete the game and start with no updates? Possibly that glitch is still there

You lot can actually download updates without signing in, yes. Merely afaik you lot can't install them after the download is finished, you can simply do and so when you're on the latest firmware. And so y'all're basically stuck with the update downloaded but no style to install it.

Yep, I never bothered to because it takes a whole solar day for an update for example FFXV numinous updates that game has, I simply cannot download it because it'south some 46gb updates that I could download on my PC elsewhere in 3 hours give or take but on the PS4 nope.

IIRC, that twenty-four hours one patch isn't on disc, it's why it's chosen a twenty-four hours i PATCH
I take FFXV on Day ane, and at that place was a huge update, so unless they silently released a revised version of the disc (which I dubiousness), yous'd have to download the patch

I exercise think you could play without it though, pretty sure it was mainly cutscenes from the movie
